Block Booking Terms & Conditions.

All new clients must fill out a client intake form before the first visit. If a client needs to cancel a booking, they should give 24 hours' notice whenever possible, and any cancelled booking can be rescheduled for another time. Refunds will not be offered for unused bookings, but they can be transferred to another party in the event the client is no longer able to use them. Vouchers expire 12 months after purchase.
